We are pleased to welcome Ryan Butler, a multi-certified professional welder with over 30 years of experience in the industry along with welding instructor experience.
BTI’s Welding Technology program provides training in SMAW (shielded metal arc welding), GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding), PAC (plasma-arc cutting), GMAW (gas metal arc welding), FCAW (flux-cored arc welding), OAW (oxyacetylene welding), OAC (oxyacetylene cutting). Courses include safety, welding symbols, blueprint reading and fabrication skills. D1.1 Structural Code
Certification Preparation available for all procedures based on skill level as determined by instructor.

Wilderness Advanced First Aid class is a comprehensive medical training designed for remote professionals or wilderness leaders who venture into remote and challenging environments. This course teaches how to manage medical emergencies when hospitals and rescue services may not be available for an extensive time period. We prepare students for emergency situations that involve prolonged patient care, severe environments, and improvised equipment. The learning environment is challenging, stimulating, and fun.
This course is scheduled for 4-days or 36 to 40 hours of instructional and practice time. Upon successful completion students will receive certification in Wilderness Advanced First Aid and Adult CPR. Certification is valid for three years.
This course is certified through Wilderness Medical Associates.
