Bloodborne Pathogens

Designed for those who might be exposure to blood and other bodily fluids in the workplace during accidents, incidents or emergencies. The course teaches staff what bloodborne pathogens are, how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material. Clean up procedures and the importance of early communication are covered, especially in regard to starting the process of emergency services engagement.

Upon successful completion of this course and having met all requirements, students earn:
